Sure everybody wants to see the fight but the fact is the economics of it is not nearly what it once was. If you want to bring up losses since 2003 Wandy has lost to
Mark Hunt, Mirko, Ricardo Arona, Dan Henderson. Granted 2 of those guys are HWTs but really Wandy and 3 losses in his last 5 fights. He has to prove he is not damaged goods before the UFC bends over backwards get a fight with him.

And when has PRIDE ever sent guys over here to fight? I think that proves that the PRIDE people are ones that screwed that deal up.

Look... all I'm saying is Dana White won't give Silva a shot at Liddell because he lost to Henderson?? Does that make sense? If so, then make Rampage the UFC LHW Champion, since he defeated Liddell...

If i recall there was a contract dispute between both Pride and UFC.

Silva calls Chuck out he gets knocked out Silva calls Chuck out again and Silva gets knocked out again. Sorry but both losses put a damper on this match. And no not as many people know who Shogun is Silva was in UFC before made a couple of appearances. Wanderlei Silva was actually one of the most searched names on yahoo search last year.

THere has been hype for years about Liddell and Silva.

Shogun Vs Liddell doesn't sound as epic as Wandelei Vs Liddell.
