As a cameraman for a long time my first reaction was "That M)@$%$FU#$@ if he did that to me I would kick his a##..."
Then, I realize even though he just got his but kicked he would still smash me donkey kong style, so I would probably just fall over, ball up into fetal position and wait for the bad man to pass.
Omgosh, I am in an uproar, this is horrible, I am so angry. Blah, blah, blah, who honestly gives a shit. The fact that something like this isn't more common after a painful or high profile loss is what surprises me.
You're right. I'm surprised more professional athletes don't assault random members of the media(on camera) following a high-profile loss.
A muscled-up hulk with millions of dollars has every right to put his hands on anybody he so chooses whenever he so chooses... especially if that person is being paid to film him at the time. Yup... I'm down with that.:confused05:
Brock proves himself to be a douche yet again It's not the first time he's pushed someone completely un related to the fight for doing their job. The other time was on his entrance so don't try and justify it as being upset after a loss. I'm damn glad he's done with the sport. Good riddance.
Wow talk about making Huge Mountains out of tiny mole hills.
Big Whoop! I mean really, if anyone thinks that kind of thing isn't 100% routine between Celebrities and Paparazzi, they need to seriously get out more.....Or at least watch more TMZ.
Not a huge deal, but it is example #518 of why Brock is a piece of shit. Dude is legitimately a scumbag top to bottom. But hes gone back to being an oversized bitch somewhere else, yay!
Not a huge deal, just another example of what type of guy he is. I actually started enjoying his interviews leading up to the Overeem fight, but looking back it seems like he was never confident of winning, hence the respectable interviews.
At the end of the day he could have indicated to the camera man to move out of the way, pushing him is just rude and arrogant. It's more the principle of the entire thing and a further demonstration of a disrespectful and abrasive personality.
I don't see anyone getting overly uptight about it, except you.
I think that part of the reason it creates such debate is that is completely unprovoked on a man much smaller than him. The other reason I believe is that we are seeing people from different backgrounds viewing the issue through different lenses. Things like common courtesy, respect, politeness and etiquette mean totally different things depending on the background you come from. Other factors such as age and maturity probably factor in somewhere there as well.
You are right in saying that it is not a huge issue but its certainly a talking point.
If I was a fighter... who fought on lots of main cards and had to deal with the camera shoved my face thing - which I would hate but still dealt with it - and had just announced my retirement after getting beat up... on my way out, I would also shove the fecking camera man in the fecking face the little fecking twat.
Whats wrong with good old "I fecking quit, you c*unts! Now get outta my fecking way before I kill a motherfucker!" ?
