Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva set to debut against Cain Velasquez in April
Quote:
Pode colocar Overeem, Lesnar, Velasquez, quem for.

Good "gimmie" fight for Cain, and good opportunity for Silva. Everyone wins.

Cain is going to maul Bigfoot, and I can't wait. Captain Mexico is going to be back with a vengeance.

Agree with the general sentiment of this thread, Cain will takedown and maul Sasquatch. Even standing he has a huge edge. Good fight though.

I think Cain wins all day. But I like this fight. Makes sense.
Thinking a little too far ahead, but say Bigfoot loses, I like the idea of Bigfoot/Kongo. And for Cain I like the idea or Cain/ winner of Roy/Werdum.
HW is a lot more fun with these in coming HWs.

wow thought Mir would get Velasquez next. Bigfoot is strong, but slow and can see Cain finishing this within the distance. Tough way to be greeted into the UFC. Who did Bigfoot piss off?

I love the way the UFC gives extremely tough fights for newcomers. Welcome to the UFC - trial by fire.
Pepi vs Thiago Alves
Jake Shields vs Kampmann
Kid Yamamoto vs Mighty Mouse
Fireball Kid vs Kenflo
Nick Diaz vs BJ Penn/GSP
Brock vs Mir (I actually picked Brock to win the first time around. Ironically I think that version of Brock "might" have beat Overeem back in Dec. 30th even though I picked "The Reem" to win. If anybody wants to debate it let me know.)
Overeem vs Brock (don't tell me you knew 100% that Overeem was going to win. I picked Overeem, but even I was unsure.)
Big Silva vs Cain...haha. It should be a very good fight. This aint a gimme at all for either.

Its a contract negotiation fight, He wins he gets good money, loses and gets shit money. Happens to most newcomers who think they are worth more than the UFC wants to pay them.

This should be a good fight. Bigfoot needs to take advantage of Cain's glass jaw.
