The same could be said about Nick Diaz, yes he beat the **** out of BJ Penn but the reality is BJ Penn's lone win at Welterweight is Matt Hughes, I'd say Dan Hardy is better than Cyborg, Stun Gun is better than Paul Daley and Jake Ellenberger and Rory MacDonald are better than KJ Noons and BJ Penn.

Stun Gun really isn't a top tier grappler, he's not even close to the top tier grapplers in the division. Daley doesn't just lose to okay grapplers, he loses to very strong ones.

He should have a loss to Matt Brown of all people, Matt Brown. Beating a lightweight and a vastly undersized welterweight in Nate Diaz doesn't count for much, and that's by far the best win of his career.

He's not beaten one single good welterweight in his entire career. Paul Daley knocking out Martin Kampmann in the first round is much more impressive than any thing Kim has ever achieved.

As for a Daley/Kim fight, Daley is much more compact and stronger than Nate Diaz and has much better take down defense. I'd put money on a first round blitzing in favour of Daley. Kim has beaten no one of importance in the WW division. He's a rudimentary, slow striker with above average MMA grappling.

That being said I think Nick beats him pretty much the same way.

You know the Diaz brothers just pepper you with bunches in bunches, but no one can seem to stop it. That makes what they do even more spectacular.


Condit's striking is more explosive and diverse, but I really think Nick is going to be able to pick him apart on the feet. If it goes to the ground Nick has a sick guard so good luck Carlos.
