This fight, on paper, has pretty much ticked all of the boxes to be another Shogun/Hendo type classic.

It will deliver!

Don't see how this fight doesn't deliver, just hope Condit uses some head movement.

I was thinking the other day this fight seems pretty much like Nate vs Cowboy.

Condit is mentally tougher than cowboy.

I see Nick controlling and dominating most of the fight but with Condit having brief spurts of success and rocking Nick a few times.

There is no quit in either man. The two most tenacious fighters in the division by a mile.

Condit is a better overall fighter imo, but I also believe Nick is a better fighter than Nate, although he's hitting his stride just like Nick did a few years ago, both are still unproven against wrestlers. BJ Penn has some amazing grappling but he's primarily a ju-jitsu guy, Condit isn't really a wrestler either though, he may have done some back in high school but he's not on the level of someone like Josh Koscheck who I think would have a good shot of beating both.

I don't think either guy really has a significant advantage over the either, Diaz is the better boxer but doesn't check kicks, he's just willing to take them, Condit has pretty versatile striking and the Diaz brothers don't really throw kicks, Nick threw some against Noons but that's the only time I can ever recall him throwing any.

It'll be interesting to see what happens if Condit rocks him.

I think people are way overhyping condit. I think he's a good fighter, but how many top 10 guys have he faced not to mention beaten. He barely got by elleberger, hardy (self explanatory) and an overrated kim. I think he belongs in the 5-10 range in terms of WW ranks. Where as, I think Diaz has to be considered top 3 imo.

Like the other poster says, I see this as Nate vs Cowboy. Nick will overwhelm him with his boxing and cardio like he always does and take this on a lop sided decision or late tko.
