I agree. I think after Silva and Sonnen that Belfort is number three. He has 3 wins, two by KO and one sub.

I dont disagree... but its a sad state of affairs that you should have to go back 28 months to find a win of proper substance.

I'm in no way saying that Bisping has any serious wins at all. But the rest of the division are less then spectacular. Far from it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Yes, Mike is a fecking idiot. Yes, he can be really annoying. But, ive *never* been bored watching a Bisping fight. The dude has an entertaining style. And to be honest, Saturday was by far the most entertained ive been watching Sonnen fight as well.

I would have Bisping in my top 5 but I think he does suffer from being a jack of all trades and master of none. He is one of the most well rounded fighters in MMA but lacks any real weapons. His boxing and cardio are fantastic but aren't scary to other fighters as he lacks real KO power. A technical strikers with KO power will always trouble him.

I think you probably explained why I always underestimate Bisping. So let me start off with some +rep and a thank you.

I have him in my top 10 (trust me, higher than I have ever had him as my dislike for him and his fighting style had me rank him lower). I think he is clearly #6 or #7, and that he is only another fight away from a top 5 guy to making it to top 5 on my list.

Still I won't underestimate him again. I am still not a fan but I will say this fight removed the blinders I placed on myself about him.

I think the Sonnen fight has convinced me in my mind that he'd take our Okami which I've always been on the fence about. In fact if Okami beats Boetsch I'd love to see that fight

I think Okami takes it solely because of his patience. Bisping seems to like guys that come in on him so he doesn't have to close the distance and Okami would make it so Bisping would have to come to him. Still I agree with your match up and I would love to see Bisping vs Okami!
