I never said he could beat a fighter, i said he is physically gifted and if he were to turn to mma he could be good.

yeah any athlete can if they're dedicated enough. look at shaq he hosted the shaq challenge and boxed with tons of professional boxers like shane mosley, oscar de la hoya. and shaq sucked at boxing, but he still showed heart.

it seems like you honestly don't understand that professional wrestling is completely, COMPLETELY fake. no, there isn't real striking allowed lol.

WWE wrestlers that have a background in Martial Arts (Sheldon Benjamen/Wrestling, CM Punk/Ju Jitsu, Brock Lesnar/Wrestling) would have/had/or would have had a fair chance in MMA.

But WWE guys like John Cena, Kane, and The Undertaker would've had much MUCH harder time transitioning into MMA because they don't have any type of Martial Arts background. They have nothing to build off of. This is why I have a hard time believe that Batista would be able to compete effectively without several years of traing. He would have to start from scratch.

Batista has been doing mma for years now and has a blue belt under cesar gracie. I am curious to see how he does, unlike lashley he seems very dedicated from day one. He has shown a lot of love/respect to mma. But sadly no one has given him a chance due to the wwe background. I actually believe out of lesnar, lashley, etc he might be the only one who's heart is in it cause he loves it. Remember the man left wrestling at the very top. He is no lesnar, but was superstar.

Well that's something that certainly didn't know about.

Still, he needs to learn a lot more facets of MMA. Frankly, I think he needs to start off fighting plug fighters at local promotions. Then we'll see what type of style he would take on. It's not like he'll have any money problems. Seeing as big of a star he was in the WWE, I'm pretty sure Vince McMahon fatten his pockets up for life.

However last I heard of him, he was getting ready to do a movie. So I'm not sure if he's even training MMA right now. And frankly at this age, he doesn't have the time to take a break from training. I honestly think he's done with MMA.

And how can you say Lashley is not dedicated? He'll be fine if he just works on his cardio.

Hold on I just read ur post was going on the title before. The bold part has answer ur post. Its like actors and movies. GO watch a movie call never surender, in that movie anderson silva gets his ass kicked and knockout. But some how in the ufc he knocks people out and never gets hit. Like the wwe, movies are scripted and people do what the script says.

Dumbest post starting thread came pretty early in 2012. Not even a full month... who would have thought.
