Cruz can't even keep a straight face when he says Tickle can win the show.

Cheisa would die if he had to fight Lawrence, he was instantly shooting every time Larsen hit him.

What Larsen doesn't realize is the first round was 9-9 because he didn't win it either. Chiesa would have had a 10-9 round if it weren't for the knee. That's the reason it wasn't a draw like they both might have thought. Losing a point doesn't automatically give your opponent 10 points.

Chiesa still going to win the tourney. And shout out to his buddy for not telling his cruz how to beat Chiesa. That was the best part of the show by far, there isn't many MEN left in this world with morals that include putting someone else before yourself. There is only a handful.

Don't see Chiesa winning the tournament, but I expected him to beat Larson.

Larsen is poor fighter, he was even clinching up with Chiesa when it was time to punch - not sure what his gameplan was. Chiesa is not much better though looks bad got a bit of wrestling and thats it.

Thank you! I was about screaming at the TV when the morons were saying that. 9-9, 10-9. Simple as pie...who thought it could POSSIBLY have been a draw?

I thought Chiesa looked decent. Think Chiesa, Lawrence & Iaquinta will all make the semi's. Most the best guys have fought already, Rio is the only guy i think will make the semi's (along with the 3 mentioned) that has not fought yet. Possibly Sicilia too, but i'm not impressed by Ogle, Cofer, Saunders, Pichel, Tickle etc.

What I did SEE in this fight was cruz's coaching abilities. He wasn't saying much during the fight, but it was fairly obvious he had shown his fighter how to get up after the takedown. See it's alot easier to "learn" top level TDD in a week, but if you have a great trainer he can help you learn how to get up after a TD much easier then prevent it. Sure this guy wasn't as good as cruz at nullifying a TD by scrambles but you could really see it in the fight. Chiesa did look like he started gassing after the first round but i think it was an adrenaline dump that caused it. I expect his next fight to be much better without the whole "i gotta win for my dad" still weighing heavy on his mind.
