Dude, I know you probably are unaware, but Abbaddi runs his own TKD school. The guy is truly underrated. He got screwed in the last decision and Herman got lucky plus it was at a higher weight class, he's like Kenny Florian. And that's saying something, buddy.

I'm sure if we all saw Andy Wang take down Melendez we wouldn't be even having this thread! But, I like how I got 2 neg reps for agreeing with someone about the show. Opinions ppl....everyones got em and just because you may not agree, you just feel free to neg rep someone?

I wouldn't call him a punk, he went in there and fought a tough fight against a tough opponent. Maybe your poll should say 'dumb warrior' because he was dumb. The crying was annoying but whatever.

Are you serious? OMG he has a TKD school! I bet he's really really tough. If he has his own TKD school then he must have gotten a raw deal on TUF, cause we all know how good TKD is in MMA.

I can see that I must be one of the only person to think this show whole show is so gay. Everything is staged to attract fans and its getting really bad. If you had the chance to pick a fight and you had a guy like Gabe who everyone knows is 20 over wouldnt you pick him first and have an automatic win. I wrestled and cut wieght alot. I see him in practice never wearing clothing or nothing even trying to cut wieght. This whole colonic thing does nothing for wieght lose that taking a healthy shit wouldnt do. If you are really trying to lose weight you dont have shit because you havent eaten. All staged for fans. As this Andy goes he sucked he couldnt fight at all. He was scared to death, only on the show to make money like many of them are. They kept saying an over hand right. I called that a girl punch. A wild swinging punch And if that dude is a blackbelt in anything it was bought like many of them are. He fought like a punk. He punched like a punk. after the fight he acted like a punk. what a joke. I am starting to have a hard time wondering if I am watching WWF or UFC. not much of a diffrence anymore.

i watched the rerun last night, ok, bits and pieces of it b/c I was posting on here also.

Warriors find a quiet secluded place (even if they have to wait awhile) and then shed a tear or two.

It's effective against keyboard warriors like us. Besides alot of the fighters have used TKD as an effective tool in their fights (GSP anyone?). Is it one of the big 3?? No, but it can and is used commonly throughout mma.

lol....you're funny. herman did not get lucky he won because he is not a slacker like abbadi. On the show he showed that he had no heart....at all
