He should go on celebrity fit club. I'm pretty sure he could still kick screech's ass.
Did you not see the show yet? It doesn't sound like you did. But why I'm asking is because you made the same joke one of the guys on there did with the celebrity fit club. I didn't think you have seen it yet so I thought it was funny you made the same joke.

If you have seen it, you need some new material.

haha j/k.

no I didn't see it thur. nite I was working and trying to get so paid so I can get more sparring gear!!!!

I did read another post on this thread that mentioned celebrity fit club, I laughed so hard. So yes I do need new material.

even a wuss beginner (green stripe remember, wussy) like me could whip ruedigar into shape. he would be doing plyo and suicide sprints and mad pad work with me smacking him upside the head if he dropped his hands to get ice cream cake. No grappling though . . I don't wish to get a cake fart in my face

I just repped her for that. Glad I'm not the only one who thought that was hilarious.

Guess you got some new material there.

yes thank you for clearing that up metalmunkey. just cause I could drive a lazy bastard to work hard, does not mean I have delusions that I could step into the octagon w/a guy!

Umm, so are you saying that your green stripe makes you able to cause people to lose weight? You have a black belt with a green stripe in conditioning? :P

It seemed silly to cite your martial arts rank in the context of getting in shape, so i made a joke about you fighting him.

Anyway, it was meant as a joke regardless. I took it lightheartedly and I hope you will too...

no i meant that my green stripe makes me a beginner wuss, nevertheless i have always been good at motivating people in that type of environment. had I not broken my ankle at the end of mar. i would have been testing for green belt tomorrow. no black belt will be happening for a few more years. for conditioning tho, i can outlast people 15 years younger than me, who are athletes in school.

martial arts as it pertains to getting in shape, has a lot more to do with determination and heart than brute force (although brute force is definitely helpful). that's why I brought it up.

of course I took it lightheartedly. i don't get annoyed by stuff like that.

i agree that gabe really ****ed up in this show. but to say he is a bad fighter because of it is completely incorrect. he is not very professional at all and i am very disappointed. however, gabe does have alot of skill. i do not understand how he came in to a 155 lb show weight 178. i woulda went there weighing 165 to 168 at the most. thats it.
