Reason why Dana was pissed at not making weight.

Sorry to make another thread about this, but its not only about Gabe.

I think the reason why Dana was so pissed Gabe failed to make weight is because this show was taped not long after UFC 67, when Travis Lutter failed to make weight. I remember watching UFC 67 and Dana said "We just filmed the most exiting fight the TUF series has ever seen" he must have been talking about the Diaz fight. So Gabe failed to make weight one or two week after the Travis Lutter thing.

If he said they filmed an exciting season at ufc 67 that means it was done at ufc 67. So, TUF came first

You bring up a very good point but never the less Dana, the coaches, the TUF fighters on the show and others who wanted to be on or part of the show have every right to be extremely pissed. I'll break it down for you:

1)This season is about the Lt.Wt (155 lbs.) he knew
2)He knew 3 fights ago that needed to cut weight
3)He completeley let down his coach, team and himself
4)He showed little to no concern about the weight issue
5)Cory Hill had to cut weight as well and did so.
6)It was a complete disrespect to the UFC and the fighters.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Well the thing about the Lutter situation is that Dana didnt seem as pissed off with Lutter as with Gabe. He was asked what Lutters punishment should or will be, and his reply was something to the tune of, 'losing the fight was punishment enough' He booted Gabes ass out the door and basically told him he ain't going to work for the UFC anymore.
