Please Explain your answers.

I for one fell that he should. There should never be an excuse for a baldfaced lie to get you where someone else could have been who actually earned it.

(I would have made a poll, but I don't know how):dunno:

I dont think that he should be kicked off even though I hate that lanky dude. But he only lied to his coach and teamates. Dana knew that he didnt have any fights, but Dana said that he let him on the show because of his build and Dana said that it is unusual for a fighter that tall to be that skinny so he wanted to see what Corey could do.

The way I took what Dana said was that they researched AFTER and decided to keep him because of his size and weight.

I might have misunderstood though. :dunno:

I think he should stay.

Lets be honest here, if fight records were that much of a defining issue, they would have researched him.

When u fight professional fights, they are recorded and documented, thats how Sherdog gets all its fight finder facts. I think he made the show because like I read somewhere, he's like a lightweight Semmy Schilt lol. The dude is raw and there is talent there.

Hell Wang has a record of 8-6, I'm sure he wasn't picked cause of his record.

That might be it too. Im not sure. But if he lied about his record on the application or whatever they do, then yes, I think that he should get thrown off for being a liar. But if Dana knew about it, then I dont think that he should be thrown off.

only reason i feel he shouldn't be there is because he's all bark, no bite. he talked all that crap and then came out to a boreing decision where he showed one skill...the Jab. if he hadn't lied Dana still would have seen the potential. thing i've noticed so far is the most Ultimate fighter compeitors show either great Heart OR great Skill, but not a really good combination of the 2(lauzon seems to be the exception this season).

In closeing..Corey is not winning this and should have kept his day job. him quiting his job over a lie and not winning any contract will be punishment enough i think.

Yeah, I will have to agree with you. Also, I think that so far Lauzon is going to be the one to win it this season.

A few things, as already stated, Dana knew they probably do background checks on everybody make sure you have no criminal record, credit problems, or no previous fighting experience basically anything that could come back and bite the company in the ass I mean companys like Zuffa have droves, nay armies of lawyers for shit like this. I think they liked his talent, his personality, and were maybe hoping he would appeal to the everyman or wrestling high schooler, college athlete that thinks they can make but is scared to try maybe see Corey do it will motivate them. Second, he lied he could of said "Hey guys I have no experience but I got on so deal with it, I really really wanna learn." I know that reads/sounds dumb but he lied on a TV show and its being broadcast and debated on line. In closing no if Dana knew he lied then he shouldn't be thrown off and he will lose his next fight prolly get his fac smashed in, karma baby its a b*tch.

Records are really not a proper way to judge who deserves or who doesn't to be on the show in my opinion. I mean look at Gabe :dunno:

At least Corey seems to be working very hard and train his ass off on the show so I would say NO. Kicking him of the show would not be right.

Corey looked quite confident up to this point for a guy that had no fights though. I'll give him that. :D

lying about his record to get onto the show isn't something that anyone should do, but it's pretty crazy watching a 6' black guy at 155lbs go at it with everyone else. not to mention the guy trains like a machine.
it WAS pretty damn easy to tell that the fight against Rob was his first fight though.

I would be fine with it either way it went, but I don't think it would be right to kick Corey off if he was accepted to come to Las Vegas when Dana already knew he lied.

If pro fighting experience was one of the requirements then he should be thrown off the show. Gabe was pretty much kicked off for being a fat slob, he knew what the weight class requirement was and did not comply, Corey should be treated the same.

the guy has potential....but i still dont favour him.....goooooo creepy
