Jens has 5
BJ has 3
So it's obvious that 2 of Jens guys have to end up fighting each other, with the other 3 getting BJ's guys.
Dana chose Jens 2 best guys (Diaz and Corey) to fight each other. That's not fair to their team who won the 1st round fair and square. If anything, I think the Top 4 should have been Diaz/Wiman/Corey/Lauzon.
I also think Cole has a heckuva lot of heart and hope Dana gives him a fight at the Finale.

How is Corey one of Jens' best fighters? he is easily the worst.

It's too bad the illegal elbow happened, but IMHO it didn't change the outcome of the fight. Joe was on his way to winning anyway. The first round was close, but I believe Joe took that. Besides the RNC at the beginning Cole never came close on any sub and even that RNC wasn't that close, Joe had his chin tucked in under Cole's arm. Joe looked to be leading comfortably in the second. Props to Cole for continuing to try subs though.

Well said, I agree100%...both fighters showed that they wanted to win this freakin' thing and went out and laid it out repped

Corey is by far the worst fighter left. Jens is lucky he gets to get rid of Corey without giving a Penn guy an easy win. Instead, Nate gets an easy fight to the next rd. I dont see what Jens is b!tching about.

A blow to the back of the head can damage the Cerebellum and Cerebrum (optical lobe) which controls coordination of voluntary movement balance and equilibrium and even some memory for reflex motor acts. The back of the skull is thinner and even a moderate blow can cause death due to the close proximity of the brain stem. Blow to the back of the head, not a good idea.

I see some potential in Corey but he is primed for getting Knocked Out at this stage in his career.

Very smart in the cage....aware of what's goin on. He beat Pulver with a nice shot to the jaw! Shoulda seen that fight! I like Pulver don't get me wrong, he's a pretty good fighter but Joe is the future of that division in my opinion....among others!

Give me a break Cole would have won that fight if it went for another 3:45 without a illegal elbow. In all fairness Cole should be in the semi-finals and Joe should have lost. Joe is not that good like everybody gives him credit for he will lose in the semis unless then he faces a worse fighter.

No one seems to be taking into account that Hill had never even fought in a cage before let alone at the UFC stage. He's gotten his experience now and I think he's going to come out on fire his next fight. He had the worst outing of Jens' fighters but with all that potential, he could explode at any time. No one in their right mind would choose Corey Hill to fight if they had to pick a Pulver fighter.
