Are the TUF5 guys really that talented?
Dont get me wrong I love the TUF show and the UFC, but it seems this year all the guys seemed like just average fighters, none have that WOW factor. I think Manny and Diaz are the most talented but seem to be lacking the level of other UFC 155ers. A guy who I think has good potential in the UFC is the 6 foot 4 inch dude with the alter ego(BUDDY WHATEVER), in a year or 2 with some training he will be a force to be reckoned with. What are your thoughts? Do you think these guys are lacking skill from other TUF? I wonder how they will do in their future with the UFC. Im sure they wont be as good as previous TUFs. If Dana gives out 2 contracts this year ortiz should slap him..HEHEHE

Lauzon, Manny, Diaz, Gray, and maybe Hill have potential to fight in the UFC

Lauzon is maybe 5% chance of being a champion. Everybody else has a .5% chance of being a champion.

thanks. enjoyed the percentages. Seems exact.
They are just young dudes. They may develop into good fighters. We have to wait and see I guess...
We may have to wait 4.7 years to be exact.

Diaz, Lauzon, Maynard, Manny, all have strong chances to at least take a title shot in the future. Wiman, Hill, and Cole all have lesser chances.
Diaz could be a real menace at welterweight now that his brother isn't in the UFC anymore.

Gray,Joe,and Nate have the chance of one day being a top contender and maybe even getting a title shot. i agree with dana about Manny he's just too small i think. Give Hill a year or two of training and he'll become a good fighter not sure about title shot worthy though.

Manny will kill everyone in this division his lay n pray is too good for lightweights. His big and little , like lauzon couldnt do anything on the ground.
We should see the finals and there matches if there any good and improved they should have a good future.

Lay'n'pray will indeed get you far. As long as he is thick-skinned enough to deal with all the booing from the fans, Manny will do well.

I can see your point, but then again styles make fights, I thought manny's fights with noah and wiman were fun to watch. Lauzon was mostly defensive on the bottom, if he had went for more subs, it would have opened up the fight and would have been more entertaining to watch.

Yeah, I don't think Manny intentionally does the lay'n'pray. I think it ends up being that way b/c he is short and just can't posture up to throw real punches from the guard.
