First thing, welcome abroad, hope you like your time here and enjoy.

I will only answer a few of these....
Leben-probably not as his last fight w/ Starnes, another TUF guy btw, was bad and he has talked about leaving the UFC as he thinks he is worth more money.

Swick-was thought to be on the track to a title shot at MW but now might be dropping down to WW nobody knows for sure tho.

Diego-he is the shit and will be back prolly to take the title find his fight with Karo "the heat" Parysian to see what I am talking about and Diego's match with Diaz at TUF finale 2 is great as well.

Griffin-to see just how good a fighter he is find video of UFC 72 he has changed a lot from what I am reading about the fight online.

Sam Hoger-no idea where he is, but do take some solace in the fact he gets his ass handed to him almost every time he gets in the octagon.

Quarry invented a new term on this board.

"Quarried" - definition, i think, means getting knocked out so horribly your body turns to plywood before you hit the ground.

Fought Franklin a while back, not sure of the date but someone will fill in where Im uncertain.

He got Quarried, then had surgery on his back. A few people thought he wasnt fighting because of the devastating loss.
Supposedly on the comback soon enough. I think he posted something on his website/myspace.

thats all I know.

If they have what it takes to be champs?? All opinion, some say yes, some no.

Their rematch was AWESOME!! if you need something to put you to sleep.

It was a horrible 3 round jab fest. All judges admitted napping for 2-3 minutes during the last round.

I think that diego will have the title one day. He wasnt himself when he lost to kos in their last fight, i remember reading on ufc.com that he had a staff infection.

Top 5:
Rampage
Mark Hunt
Anderson Silva
Clay Guida
kazuhiro nakamura

i think Diego could win the title some day, he is still young at 24, plenty of time left in his MMA career

He had a bad lower back problem that kept out of competion he is trying to make a comeback after surgery. If I have time I can maybe find the link for it. The bad news he was in a fighting camp team quest, one of the best, and got booted out.

Diego and Koscheck still hate eachother, leading up to the fight, Diego kept getting false positives for hep C and later it came out he had a serious staff infection which prolly hindered his performance.

You should check out the rest of the TUF's 2 & 3 are great. Season 4 is meh, we got Serra as a champ cuz of that season TUF 5 is on now and its pretty cool.
