I guess tonight said it all Scarola is just a coward pretty boy who has some JJ skills. What a total embarassment, but at least he is helpin out some with coachin probably all he'll ever amount to.

I've been ko'd and tapped but ive never embarassed myself or my people like that and never will.

definitely.

hughes will most likely try striking with matt, which wont work since serra is a better boxer. if it goes to the ground, serra is stronger and has far better jiu jitsu. i dont see how hughes can win.

I wouldn't go as far as to say he's a fighter. He's more of a knowledgable jiu jitsu guy. That's a technical term.

(in reference to RageMMA's last post.)

Serra is stonger than Huhges? Are you trying to fool us or yourself? Hughes is way stonger, physically and mentally. On the ground Serra MAY have a slight advantage, but Hughes can take Serra down at will. Stand-up a bit of a toss-up, but I would still give the adavantage to Hughes for the chin. He just has a better chin than Serra.

we shall see young grasshopper

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.
