The difference between Hughes and Serra
It seems like Hughes gets personally offended when his guys perform badly because it's a reflection of him as a coach and a fighter. He wants his guys to win but it really appears to be ego driven. With Serra it appears as if he believes that he has these young fighters careers in his hands and he wants them to make the best of the chance they've got. It just seems like his motivation for getting his guys to the finals isn't all about him and how it will reflect on his abilities. I think that's why Hughes is coming off as such a prick and Serra is being showcased as the "good guy".
