I never thought Hughes was a "asshole". I took exception to his pushing his religion on them and some of the hissy fits he has thrown.

After this recent episode...Matt does have a legitimate reason ow to be pissed. It is becoming obvious that there is some miscue happening between him and his fighters. Is that a testament to his coaching? Or, just a bunch of Wang's. I don't know. But, he has to do something.

I never figured Matt as a quitter but hell by what they showed in the next episode really surprised me.

Even if he has a room full of wangs...
A good mentor will be able to get those wangs excited and ready for action. He should be able to get them up and ready for the real deal, the time when the action starts and they go full contact. At that point, even without his coaching, they should be able to finish out the act and pound the juice out their opponent or submit them through physical prowess. To say that Hughes can not get it done with a bunch of Wangs is baffling. As the "Queen", you would expect that he would be able to handle whatever came his way.

Agreed! Matt Hughes was always shown to be a weak mentor! Take Jason Von Flue for instance! The man might have been a weak fighter but he didn't deserve to be ignored like that from his coach. If he knew he was weak then he should have worked with him more not play solitare! That showed Hughes only cared about winning the compitition and not about the fighters themselves.
