Hopefully, people can understand why Hughes might come off as an asshole the odd time on this show. None of his fighters seem to listen to him when they get into the cage. You could hear Hughes screaming for Dan to let Ben up, but Dan would have none of it. Dan probably had a good chance of knocking Ben out, but instead, he chose to let his opponent rest. Hughes is stuck with a bunch of Andy Wangs this season, and I can't really blame him for getting frustrated as hell. Too many of his fighters have abandoned their game plans, and that might as well be a shot at him, because as a coach, he's there to enforce and nurture those game plans. I really don't blame him for losing it each week... you can see that he's working his balls off with these guys, but they just don't seem to want to take his advice. I'm sure Serra would be just as pissed were his fighters ignoring him.
