View Poll Results: Who's to blame?

I'm curious to see what you all think is the reason(s) that this season is such a landslide (so far), feel free to add non-polled reasons. I wish we could see more of the practices because i know Matt Hughes is a highly talented and knowledgeable fighter/coach, but he's surely not getting the results to prove his coaching ability.

i think team Serra has better chemistry. it seemed like hughes picked big guys at the tryouts while Serra picked guys that he felt he could work with.

ah, good point, chemistry is the word i was looking for... the option for "Matt Hughes' Coaching" should include team chemistry

It has just spent to much time focusing on the drama like Joey, its that simple.

It also doesnt have many standout guys, they all seem rather generic and bland, I have a hard time naming them all because they dont have any personality shining through. I mean look back at when Sera was a contestant he stood out as the unofficial leader of his team and you also had Shonie who was one hell of a character.

I can name at least two contestants from every season of TUF and I can barely name two this season because they all bore me.

im shocked really that the results are so close, considering all of the anti-hughes sentiment i see on this board.

The "fighters don't listen" option would work, but I think the reason they aren't listening is because Hughes hasn't earned it.

shit happens - like the past 2 seasons were by far the best, at least talent wise.

most of the fighters this season have little to no mma experience.

From what has been shown to us I think Serra is just a better coach. Hughes gets them all pumped up and everything, but seems to miss the part where he teaches them new things. He even said tonight that he only teaches them a couple new moves to add to their arsenal. Also, his fighters seem to be freezing up in the ring and I have no idea what that's about.
