*Spoiler for Oct 31st Episode*

Im not sure what that was. Like they said he was barely moving in there. I doubt his back problem caused him to lose that much mobility. What is up with Team Hughes hurting their guys anyways?

He might of been able to win the fight by chopping him down with leg kicks but come on. I was expecting a lot more I guess the hype got to me.

Hughes didn't look to interested in that fight, disappointment after disappointment for him this season.

The dude just stood there letting himself get picked apart, I wouldn't look to interested either if I were his coach. :dunno:

Danzig is gonna carry his team and take them the distance in my opinion.

Can someone let me know what went down in this fight? Missed another one of the episodes. Sounds like it was a good one though. Was it George or Kopenhaver and how did it end?

I noticed J-roc almost got KO'd for the 2nd time by that tree right after the Dana speech...

I am so dissapointed in JRock's performance. I thought that he had the most potential leading up to this fight, but he was beaten before he walked out of the dressing room.

I was really surprised the way he came out...it was almost cocky, like kinda half-assing his kicks etc...he landed a great leg kick that stumbled George...but then just kept pawing at him....

they had a nice little scramble and as George was getting up J-Roc let out a soccer kick that had it landed would have sent George to the moon...but again, he half assed it...like he threw it out there just to show he was "throwing stuff"

And, while J-roc's impression of Serra was funny...his corner, team etc didn't help him at all. I will give Serra and his team props for really coaching their fighters...

yeah that sucks to for I was betting on the tree if only it was a little closer and did not give him time to move but hey at least a fighter finally listened to someone (dana saying watch the tree)

I don't think Hughes or J-Ro(c)k was expecting George to stand in there so much, and do good with the striking. I think it will be George and Danzig in the final.

Curly, if Dana does bring him back I hope he's improved and they put him against someone like Dorian Gray or something could be a good fight.

I completely agree with this whole post. you summed it up well!

But yea his Serra impression was laugh out loud funny

Tree by TKO rd1. The tree has way more head movement.

Seriously, if you want to show someone how to get punched in the face, show them J-rock. No movement at all. Paws instead of blocking so as soon as someone sticks out combos he's up shit creek with no paddle.

Yea he was supposed to be Hughes bad boy but in the end he acted like a wimp and put up a sucky fight and lost. And then mad in the end after he wimped out. But the way Dana talked to him, it sounded as if he liked him so i think he will get a fight down the road.

I think it's funny that J-Roc made fun of Serra's coaching and cornering...and now guess what school he's training at.

That's right, now he gets to hear that coaching on a regular basis.

^^^you know this cuz you train there too or you got a link?
Just a blurb from Figure4 weekly, a reputable wrestling site that is branching out to MMA as well.
Latest from the Figure 4:
-- J-Rock, the one who made fun of Serra's coaching on the last episode of TUF, is now training with Serra as well, as is Chris Weidman, who was this in the country in NCAA wrestling at 197 last year. Weidman is also training for the 2008 Olympics.
