He's a promoter/businessman and he will do whatever he has to do to boost rating/sales/pre-fight hype, etc. He will morph into whatever he thinks will generate more attention and heighten the profile of the UFC.

For some reason he scares the sh*t out of me, like he would have no problem beating someone to death without changing his expression.

His job is made easier by getting personal and taking care of his guys whether they be past, present or potential fighters.

I think he's genuine in his passion for his job and whether this is part of who he is personally or part of who he is as a professional doesn't matter to me.

I think the amount of swearing he does signifies what kind of business man he is. He knows what works regarding the organisation but when it comes to how he comes across, i don't think he really bothers too much about it.
