Seems like everything he does and says on the show is showing Matt in a negative light (witch doctor, tearing his fighters a new one, etc). While I think he totally could be the weird, ego maniacal jerk that they portray him to be... so far there's just been a lot of statements from the fighters on his team refuting that.

Honestly, to me, Matt Serra is the one who looks like an asshole. All he ever does is rag on Hughes for no reason. He talks crap, he mocks him, he completely disrespects one of the greatest UFC fighters and champions of all time.

I hope Matt Hughes puts Matt Serra in his place because Matt Serra wants to talk about respect and this or that, yet look at him! All he does is disrespect Hughes and I for one hope Hughes stomps Serra's ass.

I respect both coaches as accomplished fighters but Hughes makes himself bad. Serra also makes himself look bad. Hughes seems like a stiff and Serra seems like a loud mouth. A couple classier guys would be better

Serra should save the imitating Hughes until after the fight. Doesn't look too good when the guy you make fun of kicks your ass!!

I've been saying this forever. Nobody hated Hughes until his first stint as a TUF coach. After that, everyone jumped on the "Hughes is a Dick" bandwagon.

The people that don't seem to like him are the guys who want to be just like him. His work ethic is second to none, so of course all the lazy bastards are going to badmouth him because he makes them look bad.

Serra's voice just grinds my ass every time I hear it. Maybe Hughes will punch him in the vocal cords so nobody will have to hear it anymore...yeah that would be nice.

I became a fan of Serra during TUF: The Comeback and now I cannot stand the guy. He is just a jerk. Everytime the camera is on him and he has something nasty to say about Matt Hughes.

He talks about Matt Hughes "giant" ego, IMO he needs the ego shrinking. He says Matt Hughes is like a dumb high school jock yet he is the one who is doing stupid impressions of him in front of his teammates.

Serra needs to take a nice hard look in the mirror.

Matt Serra just doesn't like Hughes as a person, Hughes was all taunting GSP on TUF 4 and Serra and most of the other guys didn't like it. No doubt Matt Serra respects Hughes fighting skill, but most people do agree that Hughes is a dick. Notice that Serra doesn't rag on his fighters and treats everybody else with respect, while Hughes yells at his team instead of trying to help motivate his team. I'm sure Serra's Fighters respect him more than Hughes's fighters respecting Hughes.

Matt Serra is a good coach and a funny guy. He's also the champion that won in convincing fashion. Can't hate him for that.
