I like Hughes. I find him funny and very cerebral.

Serra on the other hand by passed a freaking WW ladder and still needs to prove he is a champion. If he has a few successful title defenses than he has earned my respect.

Hughes : Skills (for obvious reasons), work ethic, honesty & he's true to himself.
Serra : Coaching ability, skills (to a lesser degree), determination, honesty, compassion & loyalty.

That's all I can think of at the moment but even these I'm not 100% about, due to the impact editing could be having on my opinion on both fighters. Attributes I've given one and not the other may only be that I haven't seen that quality in them, not that it doesn't exist.
