i feel like this happens every season.
regardless of who gets hurt, who do you think is coming back?
who do you want to come back and why do they deserve it?

I think ben deserves a second chance. I dont believe that he fought as well as he could have after throwing up all night and having sinus trouble. I'd like to see him fight tommy again and see if it happens the same way.

Does anyone know whos NOT fighting? I can only think is Tommy cos his face looked like mashed potato..... Who else could possibly back out?????? Any spoiler secrets out there anyone?

I'm guessing it's a fighter that lost in the last round, which will either be Troy, John, Ritchie, or Ben.

It doesn't really matter since all 4 fighters suck shit and are going to lose to matter who they face.

especially if the fighter that comes back faces an opponent they already faced. then they have the advantage of adjusting their strategy.
I think Troy, Ben or John should come back. Definitely not ritchie. I think Ben or John would be the best bet. not 100% about John though... seems he has to get over his mental block first.

I think that Tommy is going to be out, he got all messed up in his fights. I dont think that Ben will come back cus I think he is way to messed up as well. I would like to see Jon come back. I think he is a good fighter if his mind is in it and not thinking about all the stuff that has happend to him in his life.

I think Tommy is going to be out. If I was a betting man I'd say he probably got his elbow torn up pretty good in this fight from that nasty armbar. This does happen every season because in the fight game fighters get hurt, especially in a short duration round robin tournament. If it's a Hughes fighter out I say Billy comes back, if a Serra fighter is out I say Ben comes back.

OK, this is my first post here. Didn't find this forum until tonight.

I think we saw some foreshadowing tonight of what will happen:
We saw Billy say if Tommy can't go he'd be the the likely replacement. Even though he didn't get to replace him tonight he will next week and he'll face George. I've watched every episode and Billy has gotten too much face time to be a one and done fighter.

Now, as for who the 'big knockout is', I'm betting that's going to be Mac knocking out Matt because Mac has also said he wanted to show his standup more.

Finally, as for who wins between George and Billy(if they fight). I'd say the whole season they have been gearing up for a Mac vs George finale, however they also seem to be giving Hughes better editing as a coach then Serra which lends me to think that both of Hughes fighters get to the finale.

Should be interesting.

if its tommy I think dana will bring dan back. If its someone from Team sera it doesnt matter

Tommy is probably out due to the damage from the armbar. In the heat of the battle he may not think his elbow is really damaged just some pain, but it definitely looked hyperextended. However, he should probably be able to fight on the undercard at the UFN coming up. I think they finished taping the show a few months ago so he should be good to go.

Also, I think Dana was right about Tommy. If he gets with a good camp, he could turn into a good fighter. He's strong, has a ton of heart, and can wrestle. He's got a long way to go on striking and BJJ, but he's got potential. He may also want fight in a smaller org than the UFC, to get some experience with better fighter.
