ya, I really wanted george to win.. definitely disappointed... prepare for all the "if he didnt get poked in the eye he wouldnt have lost" threads
and all the "guess hughes was a better coach after all" threads

Ive been in enough fights with guys bigger than Tommy to EASILY say that yes but the keyboard has little to do with it. I stand by what i say they were the smallest lookin shots ive EVER seen anyone get knocked out by. I dont mean to sound like an ass dude im just saying that it was odd im sure he was rocked from the right hand anyways but still.

I dunno, Hughes did say Tommy had a good right. I call for a gif stat!

No I agree he got caught with a good right I even said that im just saying the actual shots that put him out were sooooo under whelming compared to the big right that it shocked me cause I just expected him to jump back up. Just goes to show his endurance and chin strength i guess.

Oh, that already pisses me off. I agree with Hughes (God help me) on his statement that George was already in trouble in that fight. He did look horrible. Tommy came in swinging and even though I can't stand to watch Tommy fight, he looked better than George. On the other hand, I couldn't stand to see Hughes so happy. He might have looked happy about his fighter winning, but I don't believe that for a second. I guess I've grown to be over-skeptical and prejudiced against Hughes, but Man I can't stand to see him win. Actually, his fighters won, but he feels like he won. That's all I'm saying for now.
