TUF Theme Twists?

Would anyone else be as interested to see a TUF coached by actual coaches as I would? Throw Pat Miletich and Greg Jackson or BTT and Chute Boxe or ATT and Blackhouse. Using just unknown fighters. Now that'd be interesting. Or if they entirely turned TUF into TUF:The Comeback. Bring back some of those fighters they dismissed after a few losses from the earlier UFC's. What are yall's thoughts?

I would love that! Like I said in a previous post; Just because someone's a great fighter doesn't make them a great coach (and vice versa). But yeah, I'd love to see new fighters under the "real" head MMA coaches out there.

exactly. plus it'd kinda be like having an inside scoop on those top camps and what their training is like.

Does anyone know how many hours the TUF guys get to train when they're on the show? The few pro fighters I know say they train 7-8 hours per day leading up to a fight, and on TUF it looks like they only get 2 hours tops.

I like seeing the fighters coach when they pick the right coaches like B.J. or Rich. I think having an acutal coach would definitely help the fighters improve more though.

I think they have two training sessions a day that are about two hours each, so four a day cuz I remember in TUF 2 Hughes saying something about having a solid 2 hour practice and then saying pace yourself for tonight. But then again I'm not sure because they never televise night practices.

they might televise the night training, you just cant tell that its night because there are no windows.

But they never show them leaving in the night to go to the gym.

I think the competing camps would be a great idea for a season, but not every season. I like to see some of the fighters we've kind of lost track of, like in The Comeback. Good idea with the camps.
