Yha he needed to be a little clearer with his instructions. I hate how every one made fun of him in the show. I cant wait for him to beat the crap out of one of them.

2 things
  1. i def think rich ment drop and shoot, a proper shoot and when you drop to your knee inside the other opponents legs using you other leg to drive
  2. I think rich is infact smart not stupid and was picking up on their sarcasm and at tht point no longer felt the need to explain more.

if that was not what he meant....this how I looked at it at first:

Matt asked Rich what he thought:

Richs reply - Stand with him

Matt: No, I dont want to stand with him....

Rich...Ok, then you just come in and drop to one knee....

It could be the sarcasism of Rich after giving advice and Matt saying no, I dont want to stand with him, so Rich says fine dont ask me then, you might as well just come in and drop to your knee so he cant kick you....

I had complete respect for Rich until I saw this episode of TUF. Sure he has to fight one of these guys but it won't be Serra, so he could have been a bit more helpful to him. If he didn't want to be there he didn't have to go. He could have watched their fights to know what he might be up against. I don't think he even smiled once on the show. Being a former teacher you think he would be a little more helpful and as a fighter more respectful to another fighter. Still he is a good fighter. If he wins this next fight he will be one step closer to being great.
But I don't see anyone else in the near future giving him any trouble. I'd like to see a rematch against the Crow. Rich will demolish Swick.

You think I'm out to scare you? I'm only out to prepare you, for when you stop and turn around, Your body's going down!

sure what he told serra was shaky, but if i was him i wouldnt want to train or do anything with them when there staff is going around between them. it is very important for him to stay healthy so he can keep training.

its like that quote dont know the exact wording but i got the idea "some were in the world someone is practicing a little more and a little harder which makes them better"
