Rich Franklin's Advice to Matt Serra
 

Okay, it seems that the guys in the house are being total idiots towards Franklin? Franklin was thier to help but they didn't want it! This man succeeded where they have failed so they should have listened to him! Although I was wondering was his advice to drop down on one knee in the beganing of the fight legitimate? I have no idea!

Im wondering about that advise. It makes me question Franklins inteligence. Unless someone can come up with a logical explanation.

I can come up with that explanation. Being a formor highschool wrestler I think he ment for matt to shoot on peat that way to take him down to the mat that way. Thats what you do in a wrestling take down throw down your nee between the other guys feet grab their legs lift up and take them down.

Okay, that sounds logical! If that was what Rich meant then he should have explained things a little more better to Serra. Even I was looking at Ace like he had eight heads!

Yes maybe he meant drop and shoot in, rather than drop and just sit on your knee like they made it sound.

It was actually more of like a quarterback spiking the ball on a blitz, you do it just to change the pace. If Pete was coming in on him real quick, he could drop to a knee, and half way shoot, Pete would back up and Big John would more than likely make em stand up.

Matt should shut the **** up because he's a big shot in the loser's bracket of TUF. He's just getting a swollen head because he's in with relatively shitty fighters. Matt Serra is a big ***** and should wait to talk shit until his xcience commercial.

It didn't seem Rich was all that interested in helping the guys out or sparring with them. I would have taken that piece of advice with a grain of salt, that's for sure.

I dont blame him, with that whole staph infection thing. I wouldnt want to be getting sick in an occupation that requires you to be healthy. It was a bad call by Dana to bring him....

Best part of the whole show was watching Randy's reaction talking to Matt about dropping a knee......~booty scoot~ LMAO
