Can anyone give me any insight on how to try out for the ultimate fighter. I mean I probably don't have a great chance at it, but I would like to take me and some guys from my gym and try out. Any kind of advice or info is aprecciated.

I think they focus on grappling moe than anyting from what Ive heard. Im gonna go to the try outs up Boston April 10th for season 8 just for the hell of it. If they continue the way they have been going next season should be LHW. Im actually a LW but I figure Ill go anyway, and do my best to give some of those big boys trouble. And hopefully they will remember me when I come back for my weight class. They usually have the form online you can print out and send in.
