Trainers V.S. Coaches

which do you like better??

i personally looove the coaches waaay more than the trainers...makes it more competetive and it seems like the coaches actually are more involved..

what about you guys??

I liked the coaches for the same reason, it just brought a greater sense of competition.

definitely the coaches...it adds the love/hate aspect of the show.
You also get to see people (ed herman) cry cos they didn't get picked on the team he wanted.

Hopefully the rumours are true for the next season (I won't give it away, if you want to spoil the surprise head over to MMA Weekly).

Having coaches that fight at the end of the show is the only way to get real competitiveness out there.

Definitely the coaches because you get to hear more from them. The trainers on this season......who are they?? One of the reasons I was originally excited about this season was the return of Randy Couture and hearing more from George St. Pierre. Their entire film segments would equal one single rant by Shonie. It is a crazy format.
