As a fighter, I hate Shonie. He's complete garbage, to me. However, as a marketing tool, he does a great job. The Ultimate fighter is a much more enjoyable show because of his presence, and no one can deny that. He's funny as shit...a little odd tho.

Later guys,

I agree 100% with you. Shonie's a hot dog and does everything he can to get attention. Plus the only person he's concerned about is himself .... but I guess what he said has some element of truth in it - MMA isn't a team sport - although the other guys helped him and he is being a jerk to not return the favour.

Serra is bit of an ass also and is a total attention hog as well. He likes being the leader of the guys and shoots his mouth off at every chance he can. If I had to pick between them, I'd root for him though.

I don't think it was right for Carter to train with the opposite team but everything he said was true yes it is a team sport at first but when it gets to the semis it's every man for himself most guys have that in the back of there head coming into any competition show like this.
