I don't know that the kid was disrespectful. The problem I see Rampage and Griffin having in this initial round is that they are supposed to be neutral. Rampage (who may end up being the kid's coach) was coaching the kid's opponent right in front of him. The kid was just watching what Rampage was telling his opponent (just like anyone else would do). Rampage was disrespectful to him in my opinion. You could say Rampage is the champ and deserves respect. However, I think Rampage brought it upon himself. After the fight, Rampage didn't even congratulate the guy when he came into the other room (another sign of disrespect from your potential future coach).
I liked Rampage, but I think this show is going to negatively change peoples' minds about him. I didn't like Ortiz until he did TUF. However, you saw Ortiz was more just putting on an act, but was there to coach. I don't think Rampage wants to be there.
I thought the kid handled it well, it wasn't disrespectful at all.
