Wow, I thought for sure CB would knock out Tim but the 1st went to Tim. Tim has such a damn awkward stance, he seems so stiff and his chin is so high up. What the hell.

I think I'm going to give that first round to Tim. He got the better of the punching exchanges, all CB really got off were a handfull of kicks, one good punch, and a takedown (maybe count the pass though it was like at .5 seconds left in the round) Still a pretty close round. Could have gone either way.

I think that you need to count the pass which IMO would give him the round.

Nice composure by Tim to survive that. CB's looking a bit tired after that flurry.

Tim really showed a lot of heart weathering that barrage.

I am not that impressed by CB. Everyone thought he would walk through this and he hasn't at all.

Err, I never noticed this before, but CB's cardio needs some improvement after those last 2 fights. I guess he trains for 2 rounders and not three.

I agree with MLS. CB really needs to put some work into his stand-up.
The great thing about a fight like this, though, is that both fighters essentially win.

CB's cardio was garbage in that fight. He needs to work on that and his standup if he wants to be successful in the UFC.
