Oh yeah, I forgot about that and now that I think about it and read a few of the post, Ken really was the worst but Matt Hughes was pretty bad in my books.

Rich Franklin.He advised Serra to fight while standing on one leg with his hand to the gound I beleive so that his opponent couldnt kick him

Fun trivia: In danish "kamp" means "match" or "fight". So Martin Kampmann really lives up to his name.

Gotta be Shamrock, I remember the episode when he sat his team down for a training session which involved watching old Ken Shamrock videos of him kicking ass. Shame none of his team mates pointed out that he wasn't that fighter any more....
