Rich Franklin.He advised Serra to fight while standing on one leg with his hand to the gound I beleive so that his opponent couldnt kick him

Gotta be Shamrock, I remember the episode when he sat his team down for a training session which involved watching old Ken Shamrock videos of him kicking ass. Shame none of his team mates pointed out that he wasn't that fighter any more....
