I'm glad Brown didn't go for the knee like a coward, but I still wasn't really impressed by him in that fight, and I'm glad that in his own blog he recognizes that.
I don't think that it was cool of Riddle either. Even if you hate the guy you can't betray your team like that. He should have been thinking about his team getting control so that some of his teammates can pick the fights that will help them advance in the competition.

Brown wasn't that impressive, he didn't capitalize on the front door to May's chin being wide open and seemed real stiff and tentative the whole fight. He seemed to forget his basic beginners boxing techniques against a guy that posed no real threat. How is he going to react when he goes against a proficient striker? I personally think that Brown is a bit to mixed up in the head to put it all together.

As for May's injury, I don't think that it had much to do with his performance in the fight or in his training. It seems to me that he thought he was so good that he didn't need to train and the knee was his excuse not to. Can you believe he was stupid enough to tell on himself for that?!!

I'd pay for the undercards for sure. Half the time you see the blood all over the mat so you know that something sweet happened but you don't get to see that fight. I hate that.

i wouldnt call it a brutal KO

i may need to watch the fight again but i didnt really see any clean shots that landed on May i dont really even know what the hell happened he got grazed by that kick and went down
he was already halfway down when the kick was thrown anyway he just has no heart

also i think Brown realizes what an opportunity he has here and hes fighting a little more conservatively but i think hell pick it up in the later fights
