They should let may fight Matt Riddle. That would be a good war and then Riddle could arm bar May to get a PS3 I would watch that fight for sure.

Yes i do; for a couple of reasons: heart disease kills a lot a LOT of women and obesity is a major contributor to that as I'm sure u know, and
weight loss is the key to reducing heart disease risk , type 2 diabetes, etc. not sitting on a mat and stretching a lot, whether or not u are working balance in the process. the bottom line is it is NOT AEROBIC and does NOT strengthen the heart muscle.
yoga is a perfect example of how damaging an idiotic fad can be. We don't practice yoga in the USA how it's intended to be, as it's practiced in India. The way it's practiced in this country is absolutely worthless in light of our epidemic
levels of obesity and all the problems therein.

I love your rants. you're damn right too. I also get pissed about the retarded infomercials I see for new contraptions and new pills that miraculously melt the fat away with minimal to zero effort. People get duped into it, and jackasses make buttloads of money off of the ignorance and gullability of American consumers. My dad just happens to be one of those duped consumers because despite the warnings and well supported information I've given him, he still thinks he can lose fat by taking pills and not working out. He's got a Nordic Track, a treadmill, that ab-shocker belt (forget the name), about 8 Ab exercisers mostly from Tony Little, and now he wants to get a new Bowflex. Will he use the Bowflex? Nope, it'll collect dust like all the rest. Ok, now MY rant is done.
Jeremy May is still a douche. (Sorry I went way off topic)

I just don't get how you throw a chance to work and learn from some of the best fighters and trainers in the world if you are not really hurt. Then to get pwnd and talk smack with 2 black eyes.
I don't see attendance being very high at the school he opens but you never know.

i could not agree with you more. my mom is 63 now, she is handicapped with walking mobility issues. she has been averse to any form of real exercise for sometime now, and as a result she has gained alot of weight as well as now having difficulty walking. her solutions thus far were to exercise in her bed... buying a treadmill that was used once, reading the south beach diet book but never actually starting the diet, and now she is considering an exercise bicycle.
my grandmother, on the other hand, is 83 and is in incredible shape. looking at her one could easily guess that she is 70 as opposed to 83. her secret is simply gardening. she has always loved gardens, plants, and keeping a clean yard and property. so in an effort to help my mom out, i have built her a garden for mother's day. it's quite large as it stretches the entire front of her house which is a corner lot. it took me more than a month to construct, and it is clearly the finest garden in the entire neighborhood. she has been busily planting and watering spending about two hours per day outside for about the last two weeks now as i came closer to finishing it. hopefully this will work better for her rather than stacking clothes on a useless, new exercise bike.

duuuuude yoga and pilates are freakin hard when they are done in those heated rooms!
edit: ahhh just read your other posts about how it is often incorrectly practiced. I was thinking of the advances yoga class I attended with my friend. I swear I don't think I ever sweat that much during a workout or came out more exhausted.
