Amir Sadollah Bandwagon

War Amir Sadollah! War!

I have a man crush on Amir, seriously. I know some of you will disagree, but I see a ton of potential in Amir. The dude has all the raw talent to be a great fighter. He is coming in with zero pro MMA fights and he has made it to the semi-finals.

Besides his amazing heart and awesome chin, I'm blown away by his composure inside the octagon. You would think someone as green as him would panic whenever he's in trouble, but the dude stays composed and is always calculating his next move.

It's unlikely he will be the TUF winner but a guy can hope, right?

WAR AMIR!

I totally agree. I am officially on his bandwagon. I thought he was going to get beat pretty bad by Matt but even after getting hit by some bombs still kept his composure and then finished with a nice triangle. He definetly has some potential.

I've been saying this since the start! All aboard everyone!

I have trained with Amir a few times, so I was confident he would do well. Im really happy for him. I remember when they announced the fighters, I was like watch out for this guy Amir. And a lot of people were like "I dont know he doesnt have any pro fights". lol.

i liked him ever since the first interview "im a little pretty" then he smiled. clearly doesn't take himself seriously so hes a guy i can get behind.

im not sold yet.

he didnt looks GREAT in either fight. it appeared as though matt brown totally gassed and realized he couldn't of won if it went to a third, so he literally stuck his head inside amir's legs and begged for a triangle.

much like scarola last season.

Lands heel kicks to the head: Check
Strong chin: Check
Delivers well placed knees to the liver: Check
Composed: Check
Good comedic timing and personality: Check
No pro MMA experience but beats opponents with a decent amount of it: Check

I definitely see him getting into the UFC roster at middleweight regardless if he wins or loses his next fights. Get him some training on the ground, and some more fights under his belt and he'll do well.

No Amir bandwagon for me as I am a huge Matt Brown fan, but I think he is a good fighter and besides maybe CB I would say he has the most potential on the show. I doubt he wins it but will probably be one of the most successful after the show.

i honestly believe matt brown knew he was too gassed to win the fight and decided 'hey, lets give my best buddy 5 grand' and stuck his head in a triangle.

That kid is tough as hell, if he can learn to move and counter strike when getting hit with combinations and use more boxing instead of just covering heíll be a real hand full for anyone in his weight class.

His kicks and knees were well timed and looked almost instinctual.

He seemed to have difficulty with Mattís MT clinch so he could do more clinch drills and learn to defend better but he kept his composure.

Patience seems to be a real problem with many fighters, even some veterans, his ability to be patient and work through difficult situations will allow him to win plenty of fights.

I guess Iím officially on the wagon.
