boy that would suck for Amir.

I agree, but I think its one of those situations where they will both get a contract, especially if they put on a war

Why it's not like Amir dominated C.B. or anything?

C.B. won round 1 and 2 and was winning round three.

Amir's armbar was sick and I underestimated his ground game but guys Amir and C.B. had a very close fight the first time so why is it so wrong that thye fight again in the final.

It's wrong because of the way the Show is set up. It comes across as if the UFC wanted CB in the finale, Amir upset that with the Arm bar, and now they have CB in there anyway.

It sucks because Amir was a heavy underdog in that fight. He was supposed to lose. I'm pretty sure that's why they setup the matches the way they did. He defied the odds to make it to the finale, and now his win basically means nothing because he has to do it again.

I get what you are saying that it was a close fight and a rematch is great, but it sucks because a 6 figure UFC contract is on the line and a guy that lost in the Semi's could potentially end up winning it.

my exact thoughts!

Yeah, I think Amir kind of got the shaft having to fight a guy he already beat in the finals. Hopefully Amir improves his TDD for this fight, CB pretty much took him down at will in their fight. CB was winning that fight until the armbar. The fact that CB now has a chance to win the contract after having already lost doesn't really sit to well with me.

So what should they do. Should they just declare Amir the winner. Should they have just let Tim fight him in the finale?

C.B. beat the most expierenced fighter in Tim and honestly there is no doubt if CB wins that they will do a rematch. Amir needs to fight someone in the finale and he and C.B. were obviously close skill wise.

I thought that they should have brought Tim up for the finals. It pretty much is a bracket set up that they are doing, so it would be the loser to the one that got kicked out that would move up in the brackets.

My biggest complaint out of all of this is that I have to watch the same fight three days after their first one, and I'm supposed to be excited about it. Well, I'm not.

I agree. Here is the way I look at it. Despite losing and not getting a shot, I believe CB would be in the UFC regardless...look at some of the past TUFs. Losers on the show are in the UFC now. I believe if CB happens to beat Amir this time around, Dana will step in and award them both contracts. Sounds about right.:dunno:
