I would be rich for how many times I have heard that. Grew up in a alcoholic family. But I'm happy JT got kicked off, I wasn't a big fan of his.

Wow, nice first post. How about being happy that he's getting help before he plows into another car and kills people???

Good to see he's making an effort. Maybe he needed something like that to make him realize he might have a problem. Many people have far worse things happen to them before they realize it.

I wish him the best. I'm sure he's not an evil person, he just made a (few) mistake(s). I wouldn't be surprise to see him in the UFC one day.

Not trying to be an ass, just stating that I have heard it one too many times. The fact that I didn't like him and the feelings I have with alcohol were 2 separate things.

JT will be back when he cleans himself up. Dana even told to call him in a few months. Sure he messed up but is career isn't over and once he straightens himself out I gaurentee he will get atleast one fight in the UFC and depending on how well he does there well we'll see how things work out. I hope he get's through this though for sure.

Yeah. On one side of my family, I'm the first non-alcoholic in at least three generations, and as far as I know, four or five. And cutting out alcohol only lasts until they next time they're bored, the next time their friends are drinking, or the next time anything is tough for them.

On the other hand, I was a fan of J.T.. He is just so dumb... not in an annoying way, or a conceited way, just sort of an innocent dumb. The sort of dude you can just enjoy watching his stupidity without really getting annoyed by him.

His 'innocent idiot' persona just changes when he drinks a lot, he becomes a total idiot...happens to the best of us.

Ive known alcoholics, and he clearly isnt one, he is just a young guy that crosses the line when he gets drunk.

Should've left his drinking and shit at home...........he shouldn't be drinking like that anyways if he wants to be a contender someday.
