CB is for cry baby.
He didn't tap? Hahahah BS. If he wasn't tapping, then what the hell was he doing? It seems as though his abnormal lip has failed him again. Not even an Eminem entrance was able to save him. Ok I'm done ranting. I'm just happy he lost. Cocky prick. Oh and can somebody get me a .gif of Cry Baby's reaction after the fight? Haha it's priceless.

I hope so. Hell I don't even think he deserved a rematch in the first place. But I'm not gonna complain because Amir just won TUF 7! Haha

I was like hell yeah he tapped, and then CB threw is arms up like why did they stop it - my first reaction was BS he tapped, but he only tapped the leg once and then moved his hand back to Amir's hands, but Herb Dean already was moving in to stop it. I think he went to tap, but as he was doing decided that maybe he didn't have to would keep trying to free himself. I don't know what the exact rule is ie you have to tap multiple times in arow to signal the ref to stop the fight, but regardless it sure looked like he tapped to me. This probably could be chalked up to inexperience on his part, but whatever I am glad Amir won.

doensn't matter if you tapped once or three times, the fact is that you TAPPED. if the UFC could, send him to eliteXC for a shitty performance.

No there isn't a rule on number of taps you have to make. It's a very definite movement so even if you only do it once, it's obvious what the intention is. I thought it was a pretty classless move, nowadays we have this thing called replay.

It's not unusual for a fighter to only tap once or twice when in a position where his joint is about to be broken and hope that the ref is quick.
It looked like he tapped and then went to secure his arm so it didn't break before Herb stepped in.
Now what I found odd, was CB immediately stood up, didn't look at the ref at all, and then looked at the crowd and camera's like he wanted to save face and say he didn't tap, when clearly that arm was about to be taken home and put up on the mantle at the Sadollah household. Wouldn't the natural reaction be to yell or argue with the ref? That's the first time I've ever seen anyone do that.

This was my guess as well. He got scared, went to tap, reconsidered, but it was too late. Like a batter trying to pull back a swing at a bad pitch, he went too far with the tap.
Herb Dean did a great job stopping it. Plus, where the hell was he going to go. It's not like he was getting out. That arm was going to snap Sylvia style.
