Jackson, who is 26 years old, is currently being held in a Ventura County jail, for lack of $1,000,000 bail.

The exact details of the arrest have not yet been made available.

Along with the **** charges, Jackson was also charged with kidnapping to commit another crime, first-degree residential burglary, assault with a firearm, dissuading a witness by force or threat, and criminal threats. Three additional felony charges were also levied against Jackson at his arraignment which included two counts of sexual assault and an aggravated sex crime charge.

Jackson was kicked off "TUF" when he left the house to meet a woman, which is a clear breach of the rules. He returned at the season finale only to injure his neck in a loss to Pete Spratt. He has only fought once since then, winning a fight in March of '07.

Jackson's next court date is Wednesday, when he expected to enter a plea to the charges before him.

Its all a big misunderstanding guys. She wanted it......, and those people asked him to watch thier house and he only pointed a gun at them because he thought THEY were an intruder.

Kidnapping....pfff! They asked for a ride but he didn't have room inside his car so they said they would ride in the trunk. No big deal.

wow, this guy is facing some very hard time considering the nature of those charges. the **** and kidnapping charges carry extremely long sentences, furthermore other inmates do not look kindly upon those who have committed such crimes. i sincerely hope he is innocent of these charges, otherwise his life is essentially over at the ripe, old age of 26. if he is in fact guilty of these crimes, then to hell with him.
