Good to see the ratings improve this week. Last week was kind of a disaster.

This is what I was saying to someone last week, people are watching this to watch drunk fighters go mad, beat the house up. Just look at the drastic improvement over last weeks rating. Junie goes crazy = bigger ratings.

Junie is a discrase to mma, the guy makes jessie taylor look like a great guy.

He may be a good fighter, but he is pretty untested so far, he shouldnt be treated like the greatest thing to happen to TUF, the guy needs to get kicked out of the house, he is a danger to himself and others, he has no class, and if he ever becomes a superstar, it will be a bad thing for mma. i dont care why he acts the way he does, he shouldnt act that way.

He's a disgrace to TUF, and no more. No one follows football players around to make sure they don't act a fool. Sure, Dana threw the TUF rules out the window but anyone who is actually interested in MMA will enjoy the ridiculous drama and appreciate the fight skills.

He IS a disgrace to MMA.

For example - if someone is switching channels, looking for something to watch, and suddenly they switch to Spike TV and they see a dude, drunk as hell, with dyed hair, trying to fight guys 2 times his size, trowing glasses at them...and then after that crying, about 'everyone picking on him'!
They would think every MMA fighter is a psycho!

Well, their rating is only something above 1, so my answer is - lots of people.

Well, i for one look at it as a professional sport, with professional athletes, not 2 douche bags, with no brain in their head, standing in front of each other and beating each other senseless. This Junie kid isn't helping to prove that that stereotype isn't true.

Let me put it like this - a lot of fighters are going to TV shows, doing charity, doing autograph sessions etc, etc, to prove that this is a legitimate sport and is up there with basketball, football, and others. At the same time, there is this asshole on this popular TV show, that is ******* up that image. As long as there are guys like Junie, there will be guys like Bill O Reilly, who diss the sport and call it 'human cockfighting'.

Guys like Junie are NOT helping MMA progress as a sport, to say the least - that is my point.

I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT WINNING OR LOSING!

Wow I wasn't aware that MMA was bigger then soccer, football, and baseball. That's news to me.
