O
I heard on that interview with Dana, which I think was posted yesterday, that the fighters write items down on a list and people get it for them.

As for Nog, I feel kind of sorry for him because he has so much trouble communitcating with his team. Mir wasn't a complete dbag, but he probably should have talked to his team. I love Nog's trainer, "Stankie". The guy seems insane, it's hilarious.

Oh shit I forgot to mention that. Seriously, what kind of a coach is that to question a fighters black belt? Not only is that completely ignorant and disrespectful, but it seems like Mir is just playing along with his goons.

WTF? I haven't hated a team on TUF so much since TUF6.

I completely respect Nog more now and I think it was awesome that he is trying to do anything to help his team- any good caring coach should do that.

I'll start off with the situation between Mir and Nog- and honestly I'm going to defend Mir on this which I'm sure most will disagree with. First off I've been a high school coach in my past and I had a situation like this when I was coaching lacrosse and another coach(baseball)- and there was a situation of some(both teams) players trashing the lockerroom. One day I've started parctice and I look up and the baseball coach and his entire team is walking onto my field. He stops my practice and tells me that we need to hold a group meeting right then and there. Basically I told him to f#ck off and if he had wanted to do this he should talked to me first, away from the players so that we should agree on how the meeting was to go and what would be said. He started to argue and I just flat out told him that he and I would talk one on one after practice and away from the players. No coach wants to be told what to do from another coach- especially when it's in front of their players, they didn't know about the situation before and it's at the start of their practice time.

I realize both of these guys are not professional coaches or normally don't run team situation especially like TUF. It could have been handled a little better though I do competely agree with Nog that all he was trying to do was help not only his team but both teams- which is very commendable.

Now when Nog went to the house I will completely agree the disrespect that was shown to Nog and the other coach was atrocious and unexcusable. Here is,not only a class and caring guy,but a Champion that has been around in the sport longer than most of these guys had pubic hair trying help both teams. The way they responded was absolutely classless and showed how stupid these guys can be. I'm finding it harder and harder to watch this show and even harder to find fighters I want to root for and actually care that they might make it to the UFC.

I'm of the same opinion. I've posted in regards to the transition of TMA to MMA seems to strip away the honor, respect, and integrity factor that, in my opinion, is paramount to martial arts. I saw a lot of MMA flunkies disrespecting a BJJ black belt's attempts to improve their training and performance and it broke my heart. To me, MMA without integrity, honor, and respect is just fighting.

I love MMA but it really pains me to see such disrespect in the sport. Honestly, pranks are pranks and it didn't really bother me. It was overdone, but what do you expect on reality TV? I think some of the show is lost to Nogueira due to cultural translation. Regardless as to whether or not the fighters on either team agreed with him, they needed to shut up and listen.

I actually think it's more entertaining now than ever! But I totally hated the "diss Nog" part as well. WAR Team NOG!!!

I think Nog cares more about the contest than anyone else does. He is really trying to help them find the best fighter.

Of course he isn't stuck inside a house with 15 other people as well.

My opinion of anyone didn't really change. I still like Krystof and Elliot. Nog was right though. I'd still like to see Mir sub Nog. Vinny showed he is a dumbass.

Eliot is a dumbass too. The fighters didn't "tell Nog to ask them to stop" so I don't know why he was saying that. Dudes just a tool.
