Yeah its gotta be Nover because on the preview it shows Junie working with him. If he has Junie as a coach, he is definately as good or better than GSP and ASilva.

If it is indeed Nover, Dana pretty much gives it away that he is going to make it to the finals at least. He wouldn't talk him up to be the next Anderson Silva and Georges St. Pierre as well if he didn't.

Well,

It turned out to be Nover, and Junie was helping him with strategy against Kaplan. I'm sure next week we'll see the fall-out when Mir's team finds out about Junie helping the other team.

But I am not so sure Dana gave anything away regarding who wins the show. Unless the editing was such that Dana said that line at a point other than during the Nover/Kaplan fight, it was just him giving props to Nover.

Nover does have some skills though, and he does look GSP-ish with his size and athletism. Perhaps we'll see him fight someone other than a human punching bag!

The finale hasn't happened yet, he can't give anything away about that, unless he can see the future...

EDIT: I don't think it needs a spoiler tag because it's not a spoiler and I have no proof of this. It's just speculation due to Dana Whites words.

Well blor, if it were just him saying on that episode that Phillipe was like Georges St. Pierre, you're right. That wouldn't be giving anything away. Although, before the season started, he mentioned to the original ultimate fighter cast that there is a guy that could be the next Anderson Silva on this season. He's probably referring to the same guy that he compared to Georges St. Pierre. He wouldn't make that claim if the guy only made it to the semi finals. At least I wouldn't think that anyways.

I agree, and that was what I was trying to convey. I don't recall the Anderson Silva reference, but it is also possible Dana was talking about the same guy.

But I was not trying to say Dana was giving away the winner of the show as it obviously is a live event, but perhaps if Dana was quoted as saying Nover is like GSP, and the editing was such that he said that OTHER than during the Nover/Kaplan fight, it is possible Nover makes it to the finals.

I think he might be talking about Vinny. He seems to have a little Andy in him. He is a great fighter. I see good things coming from him in the future, but could very well be Nover. The semi's are coming soon...can't wait! :]]
