Has anyone else noticed that every time Mir talks to someone, he starts with this really annoying laugh/giggle.

"You're better than Nog. Hur hur hur hur!"

"Junie... Hur hur... When you act like that, you make me look bad, you know? Hur hur hur"

"Hur hur... Nog's gonna kick my ass."

I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this. Because it straight up makes me cringe. He just seems so awkward and uncomfortable when he does it.
