R.v.B has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I'd say best was Serra...especially when he was cornering guys, like seriously there is no way that you are not hearing that guys instructions!!! "Haaaaaammerfist ELBOOOOOOOOOW!!!!"
"All day, you can do this all day!!!" etc.

Worst:...well I hate to beat on a dead horse...but one more time let's hear it for the worlds most dangerous can KEN SHAMROCK!!!

I liked it when Matt Serra put Mark Lamen in his place, i thought that was pretty embarassing to Lamen

Good 'ole Shammy. Everyone agrees he was terrible!

As far as the best I would rank them
1) Tito
2) Nogueira
3) Serra
All three were/are great coaches, although in different ways.

Tito was good--- as much as I dislike his attics he really help those guys a lot so was Jen and Forrest. Serra was also a great coach.

I haven't been able to watch this season and from what I hear haven't missed much---except Nog, I would of Loved to watch him train those boys---

Worse Ken and BJ.
