I think this does sort of call into question the depth of talent available to the UFC. And ultimately, the fights on TUF4 weren't that entertaining. Why have a repeat of them?

...although I do want to see Bisping dismantle someone again.

Yeah, I like Bisbing, and I think he deserves a shot to get some fights.
But those other guys you mentioned, pfft.

Really makes me wonder about The UFC's talent scouts, I wonder how that works????

Well, I'm not sure how TUF 4 finale is going to turn out! Considering how some of these guys fought on the show and the Bisping fight taken off because of Visa troubles, this night could be a snooze fest!

As much as it is unpopular to say, I think the only exciting fighter in the whole bunch now is Jeremy Jackson! C'mon, the man gave Nick Diaz a run for his money! I really don't care if he snuck out of the house as long as he puts on a good fight in the octagon!

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

You're probably right on the exitement thing, I just don't think he should get a fight based on the fact that everyone else stuck it through.

Thales is 9-0 with only one fight going to a decision and fresh off a win from a very very tough Anderson Silva-like fighter named Jose Landi-Jons (Pele) who KOed Hughes early in his career.

Kampmann is 13-2 with only one fight going to a decision and most of his wins are corner/ref/doctor stoppages and TKO/KOs.

I think we have to just face facts Bros! TUF has run its course and it's time for them to start combing the WORLD for fighters with interesting stories and BADASS reputations. Future TUF shows should focus on showing the viewer training and diet techniques, weight cutting and other stuff that we newbies and other fans want to see. Show us stuff that makes us learn more about the sport.

Personally, I want to see how these guys work for a spot in the big show and the things they deal with outside of the octagon in order to get into the octagon.

I don't that type of show would last long if they didn't have any fights on it.

Nah G! Definitely show the fights but highlight some of the "elite" training that these guys do. I'm interested in what makes them the best and then seeing them put it on the line in the octagon. It gets boring just watching them hang out and be lazy together. The camera seemed to catch them more on down time than actually doing anything. Plus, it would be nice if they showed us some the techniques in doing a submission or some of the striking drills.

TUF1 was good because there was so much tension between everyone. Koscheck and Leben, Leben and Southworth etc. Everybody is just happy and friendly and loving everybody else. We need some drama worthy of fighters stuck in a house for 6 weeks together.

I think it's a fine line SpikeTV/UFC have to walk. Your hardcore MMA fans probably aren't interested in the minor dramas inside the fighters' house, but how many of the viewers are hardcore fans? Casual fans (who are probably the bulk of the audience) would get bored if you had to watch guys pump iron, run on treadmills, and do takedown defense drills for an hour. But if there's not enough real fighting stuff, the show (and the sport) loses credibility.

Why would they have Din fight Rich Clementi? Rich was horrible on the show, Din will destroy him. Don't get me wrong, I like Rich, but he's out of his league.

It'll be nice to see Bisping smash somebody. I'm really looking forward to see him in the octagon again.
