Just reading that made me laugh my ass off. I remember it happening now thinking back to it and I never thought much of it but now its just funny as hell.

Anything that Shonie Carter did on The Ultimate Fighter 4 was hilarious. Definitely the best moments of the show.

Man...there were so many things that made me laugh.

- Patrick Cote's drawing and imitation of Charles "Captain Missssssserable" McCarthy.

- Mikey playing goal line football with the wall.

- The food/card/water bottle fight where they moved couches, and set up forts and stuff. Plus, Mikey's head gear was f'n great.

- The water on top of the door trick...they got SO many guys.

- Shonie spray painting and re-decorating stuff around the house, much to the other guys' dismay.

- Shonie's customization of people's clothes/hats. Although, I must say....Patrick Cote's canadian flag hat was F'N SWEET.

- Liddell training guys with his toe nails painted.

- Shonie's flotation device.

- Pete Sell getting f'n hammered after his win.

There's more....but those stand out to me.
