Well it won't happen so it's really hard to say.

Probably give a 5 minute speech about bringing the title back to Long Island or something.

id almost prefer to listen to GSP attempt to speak english than Serra haha i love the guy tho

Maybe he would invite us all over for some canollis to celebrate! When I was watching the Finale on Saturday I was like "Wow, this is a really personal look into the life Matt Serra, I feel connected to him. Its the first time in my life I have felt connected to someone and fiercly rooted for them to get their ass kicked hard.

I have to say I think he won it though. I base that on the potential Chris Lytle had to beat his ass and the fact that Matt neutralized that potential. They were stood up many times and Chris couldn't execute.
